{tex}=> {((0.2)^2)^{2}\over( 0.2)^3\times (0.2)^6}=(0.2)^k{/tex}
{tex}=> {(0.2)^4\over( 0.2)^9}=(0.2)^k{/tex}
{tex}=> (0.2)^{4-9}=(0.2)^k{/tex}
{tex}=> (0.2)^{-5}=(0.2)^k{/tex}
On comparing both sides, we get
k = -5
