Let the ones place digit be y and tens place be x, then the number be 10x + y.

According to quesiton,

10x + y = 9(x + y)

=>         10x + y = 9x + 9y

=>          10x - 9x = 9y - y

=>          x = 8y                               ..........(i)

Again according to second condition,

10x + y - 63 = 10y + x

=>          10 x - x + y - 10y = 63

=>          9x - 9y = 63

=>          x - y = 7

Putting the value of x from eq. (i), we get

             8y - y = 7

=>         7y = 7

=>          y = 1

Putting the value of y in eq. (i), we get

x = 8 x 1 = 8

Therefore, the number is 10 x 8 + 1 = 81.
