{tex}\left( {x - 4} \right)\left( {x - 1} \right) = {x^2} - 5x + 4{/tex} is a polynomial.

we know that Polynomial is defined for every real x.

hence Domain of {tex}\left( {x - 4} \right)\left( {x - 1} \right){/tex}=R
