If (23x-1+10)÷7=6, then x is equal to ?

Ans. \({{2^{3x-1} + 10 } \over 7 } = 6\)

\(cross \space multiply \space we \space get \)

=> \({{2^{3x-1} + 10 }} = 42\)

=> \(2^{3x-1} = 32 \)

=> \(2^{3x-1} = {2^5}\)

By Comparing 

=> 3x-1 = 5

=> 3x = 6

=>  x = 2
