Ans. Let First Number = 5x              [because it is multiple of 5.]
then Next Number = 5x + 5

According to ques.

5x ( 5x + 5 ) = 300

=> 25x2 + 25x = 300

=> 25x2 + 25x - 300 = 0

divide equation by 25, we get

=> x2 + x - 12 = 0

=> x2 + 4x - 3x - 12 = 0

=> x( x+4) - 3(x+4) = 0

=> (x+4) (x-3) = 0

Either (x + 4 ) = 0  or (x-3) = 0

=> x = -4  or x = 3

 So, Multiple of 5 are : 15, 20
