Let the length and breadth of the rectangle be 4x and 3x cms.

Diagonal= 25 cm

Applying pythagoras theorem,

252= (4x)2+(3x)2

16x2+9x2=625

25x2=625

x2=25

So, x=5

Length= 4x=4 x 5= 20cm and breadth = 3x= 3 x 5 =15cm

Perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b) =2(20+15)=2(35)= 70cm
