Recent Registration Failures in Website

Between December 29 and December 30, 2015; we experienced a server misconfiguration issue that affected our user registration service. During this period, users were unable to register new accounts or reset their passwords. We want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Once the problem was identified we immediately started working on it and we are happy to share that now this issue has been fixed. We acknowledge the goodness of all our esteemed users for keeping us informed about this issue and for sharing screenshots to find the root cause of the problem.
