CBSE Revised weightage of marks in SA-1 and SA-2 (Class IX)

CBSE has revised the weightage of marks in summative assessment-I and Summative assessment-II in class IX from current session (2011-2012). The SA-1 in September 2011 will be held according to new guidelines. Now the weightage for SA-1 and SA-2 has been made equal. Both the assessments will have equal weightage of 30 marks in each term.
The new scheme will be as below :

For class 10 the format is unchanged and will continue the present system as given below :
