WHY THE PROFICIENCY TEST IS CONDUCTED IN THE MONTH OF MAY/JUNE…WHEN ALL THE TEACHERS AND STUDENTS WILL BE ON VACATION ? HOW CAN THE TEACHERS AND STUDENTS FROM FAR AWAY PLACES COME FOR THE EXAMS? WHY DON’T THE EXAM BE CONDUCTED IN FEBRUARY OR AS SOON AS AISSEXAMS ARE OVER ?
